Our organic muesli is an excellent start of the day. This is a perfect muesli for everyone who wants a nutritious breakfast without many extras, or for who wants to create his own kind of muesli. The flakes are rich in nutritional fibre and protein, while the sunflower seeds contain many good, unsaturated fats. Almonds provide healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E and hazelnuts offer enough dietary fibre. Both together help in lowering cholesterol and improving insulin sensitivity. Finally, the carbohydrates in the dried fruit provide the fast energy to get your day off to a good start! These flakes are lovely with your favorite kind of milk or yogurt. You can also add some honey or ahorn syrup for the sweet taste if you like.
