Cranberries also contain many nutritional fibers, which are important for a healthy digestion. Besides, cranberries are rich in vitamin C. Your body needs vitamin C to grow body tissue and in it's recovery too. To make sure the cranberries don't stick to each other, a little bit of sunflower oil (1%) is added. Otherwise you would get one big mess of cranberries.
