Our freeze-dried blue berries are simply blue berries. Freeze drying keeps the color and taste of the berries perfect, so that sweeteners or preservatives are unnecessary. Almost all the water is removed from the blue berries during freeze-drying, what makes the fruit tenable way longer while not losing the taste, color and nutritional value. The freeze-dried blue berries are rich in vitamin C and fibers, just like fresh blue berries. We love the freeze-dried blue berries, and use them also in a couple of our favorite recipes, for instance, freeze-dried forest fruit mix or forest fruit-crunchy.
